How do I receive the card after purchase?+
After purchase you receive a voucher with QR code by email. Show it at the ticket desk directly from your smartphone or as a printout to receive your free entry. You can also save the code in the Tiqets app.
When does the validity period start?+
The validity period starts with the first use - that is, your first visit to an included attraction, not the purchase date. From that point, you have 24, 48, 72 or 120 consecutive hours depending on the option you chose.
Is public transport included?+
Public transport is not included. Cardholders can buy discounted 48h or 72h tickets for bus, tram and metro at tourist offices. More information on the public transport page.
Can I cancel the card?+
Unused cards purchased online are cancellable. A refund of 75% of the price is issued via the official website (25% cancellation fee). For third-party providers, their cancellation terms apply - see your voucher for details.
