Answers to all your questions about the Torino+Piemonte Card - from purchase and price to validity, public transport and cancellation. Please note: when you buy through this site, you receive a voucher with a QR code by email.

Purchase & Price

How much does the Torino+Piemonte Card cost?+

The Torino+Piemonte Card is available for 24, 48, 72 or 120 hours, for adults and as a Junior Card for young people aged 12 to 17. The current price for each option is shown live in the booking widget on the prices page.

Where and how do I receive the pass after purchase?+

After purchase you receive a voucher with a QR code by email. Show this code at the ticket desk directly from your smartphone or as a printout to receive your free ticket. You can also save the code in the Tiqets app.

Can I buy the card on arrival?+

Yes. You can also buy the Torino+Piemonte Card on arrival in Turin - for example at the tourist information centres or other official sales points. When you buy online, you receive the QR code instantly by email, saving you time once you arrive.

Are there discounts for children or young people?+

For young people aged 12 to 17, there is a discounted Junior Card (valid for up to 72 hours). There are no additional age discounts for seniors or students. You choose the right option in the booking window.

Validity & Use

When does the validity period start and how do I activate the card?+

The validity period starts with first use - that is, when you first visit an included attraction, not at the time of purchase. From that moment, time counts for 24, 48, 72 or 120 consecutive hours depending on your chosen option. This means you can flexibly choose to activate the card on your main sightseeing day.

How many times can I visit each attraction?+

Each included attraction can be visited once for free with the card. With the 24-hour card, a maximum of three free admissions are possible in total. With the 48, 72 and 120-hour cards, there is no limit to the number of different attractions you can visit - once per venue.

Is the card transferable?+

No, the card is personal and non-transferable. Each QR code is valid only for the person using it and cannot be passed on to others. One accompanying child under 12 years is covered per card.

Is there priority admission (Fast Track)?+

No, the card does not provide priority admission. You show your QR code at the ticket desk and receive your ticket - there is no queue-jumping benefit. For popular museums such as the Museo Egizio, we recommend booking a timed entry slot online in advance.

Do I need to book museums in advance?+

A reservation is required for some museums - this is noted on your voucher. Some museums are also closed on Mondays. Plan your visits to popular venues in advance and check the opening times of the places you want to see.

Public Transport

Does the pass also work as a public transport ticket?+

No, public transport is not included. The Torino+Piemonte Card is not a ticket for bus, tram or metro. For travel within the city you need regular tickets. See the Public Transport page for details.

Can I get a discounted public transport ticket?+

Card holders can purchase a discounted 48-hour ticket or 72-hour ticket for bus, tram and metro at tourist information centres. These are sold only in conjunction with the pass and subject to availability. See the Public Transport page for details.

Does the pass cover the airport transfer?+

A direct airport transfer is not included, and the card is not a ticket for the airport shuttle. You reach the city centre by the Arriva airport bus or by train with a regular ticket. See the Public Transport page for routes and journey details.
